Noobs does not understand the value of the Heavy Armor Suit. It can be bought in any clothing store.

For aproximately every 10th level you get 10% more normal protection against damage. Level 135 = 100% normal armor. This is built in the game!!! But the Heavy Armor suit DOUBLES this!!! So go and buy it!
